Turning 30 is a big life event. You are now a responsible and mature adult. It is the end of a chapter and the start of a new one in life. To celebrate this milestone, Ryan wanted to have a Death to my 20's Session.
This session wasn't just fun. It was loads of fun times three. That's right! I said TIMES THREE! Meaning, we did three different looks in one session.
First, we have Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Ryan is a huge fan of Buffy. For this, Ryan got to become a part of the show in his own way. We gathered up sticks. He actually sharpened his own stakes. Pic for proof. From there, we went on a vampire hunt in the woods.
Second, we explored the world of Tarot Cards and Crystal Balls. Ryan has lots of knowledge about the mysterious and magical parts of this world. Therefore, we had him take a peek into his 30's. What is better than having Ryan read the cards to see what his 30's have waiting for him?
Third and Lastly, Ryan wanted to give some love to his Halloween costume this year. She is a fun, party girl. Loves a good party and a drink. Music is her soul. When you ask her name, she pulls out her flask. Pours out some fairy dust. Then blows it in your face. With her sass and badassness, she says "Drinkerbell"
This session is one of the top favorites. Not only did I get some really good photos. I got to see a really old friend. Ryan is a great being and a beautiful soul. There wasn't a moment in this session I wasn't laughing. It was like old times in middle school. We jammed to a large assortment of music while reconnecting. He was a natural in taking photos. I didn't have to tell him much to do.
Just wanted to say, it was great seeing you! Also let's not forget... HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY!!! Hope you have a great birthday. Hope that your 30's treat you kindly.
